Privacy
Sastre Private Sartorial Advisory (“Sastre”, “we”) respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
- Appointment requests: your name, email, mobile or WhatsApp number, preferred studio, date, time, party size and any notes you share.
- Facebook and Instagram lead forms: the details you choose to submit in the form.
- Sastre Wardrobe (clients only): your account email, name, phone, the service you are enrolled in, and the pieces, photos, outfit combinations and saved looks we record for you.
- Messages: what you send us through Messenger.
How we use it
- To confirm and manage your appointments.
- To deliver our styling, refinement and tailoring services, including your private Sastre Wardrobe.
- To reply to your questions. We do not sell your information.
How we protect it
Appointment requests are stored in a private spreadsheet that only Sastre staff can open. Sastre Wardrobe accounts are created by Sastre for eligible clients. Each client can see only their own wardrobe, and wardrobe photos are kept in private storage and shown through links that expire after one hour.
Who processes it for us
Google (appointment records), Supabase (Sastre Wardrobe accounts and photos), Netlify (website hosting) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram and Messenger). Each processes data only to provide its service.
How long we keep it
Appointment requests are kept for up to two years. Sastre Wardrobe data is kept while you are a client and deleted within 30 days of a request to close your account.
